Kofta Kebob style...

I think i was 10yo when i tryed this one..I met a guy in mid grade. And my #1 friend ever since. His mother did this one evening when i was over. Maby not the exact one..But hey i know i loved it and here is my version!

Kofta/kefta or whatever.

Spices and ground beef.


The way i had it was baked in a pan...And it was exellent.(done it the same way many times) But we tryed to grill it.



Made a sauce that is close to the take out places around here.


Added a galic bread.


Served something like this:



Roasted pita bread:


Some good eats...easy fast...But still a killer to me!

Thanks...No proplems. But let em char a bit...3-5 mins...Then they wont stick. Ground @ 20/80. The grill wasent overlit. So not a even char. But still awesome.
