(KFC) Kettle Fried Wings

I see those peppers in the back, one of my faves is a little pepper juice on meat!

Did you just dredge the wings in the seasoned breading or, do it ”dry/wet/dry”, as in flour/egg/ breading?
However you did them they look really fantastic!
I had to look again and you say batter but, they look pretty dry to me.

I stay true to the directions on the package. Mix about a half of cup of ice water with 5 tablespoons of the dry mix, this is now the wet batter used with the dry mix.
 
You nailed this one, Eric. I've used the LA batter a lot and yours really was righteous. Inspires me to do it again.
