I stay true to the directions on the package. Mix about a half of cup of ice water with 5 tablespoons of the dry mix, this is now the wet batter used with the dry mix.Did you just dredge the wings in the seasoned breading or, do it ”dry/wet/dry”, as in flour/egg/ breading?
