I havent been posting in a long while...And im almost ashamed of it. Been cooking ofc..but dont add the camera to the mix. Here is tonights dinner. Nothing fancy(well emilies taters are) And low quality pics.(blame the beer)

Here we go:

A Pork tenderloin rubbed in Blues Hog...Marinated Shrooms...Emilies spritz´d taters....Olivers "go to" skewers(hot dogs and meatballs)



A potatoe mash with eggs/parsley/milk/butter/salt/white pepper....Spritzed out in a CI pan on the grill Indirect. about 25 min @ 400f)

Ho, hum. Another boring perfect meal with low quality outstanding pictures.

OK, did anybody figure out how to cross out letters on here yet?
