Just some Baby Back Ribs

I tried the recipe in the "Project Smoke" cookbook. The recipe is called Cherry smoked Ribs or something like that. The ribs were cooked in a 47 cm WSM and were glazed with cherry syrup. I used a combination of cherry and raspberry syrups. Red fruits go very well along ribs, and it is quicker to prepare than an actual BBQ sauce. I will do them again!

Those are some fine looking ribs. I have never done cherry ribs, did a peach sauce on ribs and loved it, but need to try cherry!
 
The USA seems to have little interest in converting to the metric system (except for the grams bags in a pocket and a 9mm on your hip!)
 
So when is your first real cook on that new Blue?
I am going to do some chicken for salads Tuesday after our Veterans Breakfast.
