Just some Baby Back Ribs


 
I tried the recipe in the "Project Smoke" cookbook. The recipe is called Cherry smoked Ribs or something like that. The ribs were cooked in a 47 cm WSM and were glazed with cherry syrup. I used a combination of cherry and raspberry syrups. Red fruits go very well along ribs, and it is quicker to prepare than an actual BBQ sauce. I will do them again!

Did the taste as good as they look?
 
Honestly I have tried quite a few barbecue sauces but I always felt they dominated the ribs taste. This simple cherry syrup doesn't add to the taste, it just blends in, which I prefer.
