I love "just chicken". A million ways to flavor it, butcher it, cook it, etc. I halved this one, marinated in soy/sesame oil/rice wine vinegar/garlic. Cooked indirect (lid therm reading @ 400 degrees) for about an hour, brushing some reserved marinade on every 10 minutes. Delicious!
