Just a few recent cooks

We've been pretty busy. Went camping in 20° weather a couple weeks ago. Super clear and cold.

Then we took a trip to the Oregon coast for a week. The weather was clear and perfect. Even got out fishing.

I was gifted a brand. Its kind of fun!

The tri tip is all mine!

Camp looks nice but it was cold!!!!!!!!! 14°f one night! Thank goodness my diesel heater worked great! It wasn't too cold though for Smash burgers!

Flat ocean and good fishing and crabbing.

Made some wheat rolls and roasted a chicken with some root vegetables.

It would have to be about 40f warmer before I would go camping, 20f good grief that's cold. but if you're prepared for I guess it's doable.
At least you had some good eats.

Yes I have been converting a 6x10 Cargo-mate trailer into a camp[ trailer/ small toy hauler for the last 6 years. Always a work in progress. You can see a bunch of photos here:

Yeah Dungeness isn't cheap. Right nolw its $18/pound here. I did see it the other day on sale for $12.
