Grilled two tri-tips on the Weber Summit Grilling Center (aka Summit Kamado S6) using Franklin Barbecue Charcoal Briquets. Then pulled out the Beswood 250 and went to town slicing 3mm thick. Great sammies! Happy 4th everyone!
