July 4th Tri-Tip


 
Looks perfect Chris. Barb and I use our Beswood 250 a lot, one of the best investments we've made in our cooking arsenal. Nothing slows that beast down.
 
That's the one thing I've yet to cook, yours looks perfect.
I've been lining the bottom of my slicer with cling wrap, helps cut down on clean up per your last two photos.

Good tip, Timothy! The ONLY thing I don't like about my Beswood slicer is the clean-up! :)

Oh, and great looking sandwiches, Chris! I've sliced up lots of "deli" meat on the Beswood, but have never cooked a tri-tip just for that use case.....think I'll be changing that!
