July 4th Ribs

Cooked six racks today to celebrate the 4th. They were pretty good eaters....

Love that mahogony color. They look great. Mine go on tomorrow and, since you first eat with your eyes, that's the look I'm heading for.

Just what I was thinkin too Chris. First thing I though was, "I could never get those to fit like that on my 18.5!"
