Had 2 big butts in the freezer than needed to be used. They'd been in there for over a year. Ground both of them. Now have lots of breakfast sausage, Andouille, Italian sausage and 1# packages of ground pork. Just used the last pulled pork from a cook late last summer. Need to get another one now. Always need to keep some on hand.Looks great Chris. I've got one that I need to do in the freezer, problem is Barb and I are still working on the one we did three months ago.
