Chuck steak cut and season with Chef merito

The Comal sort of fits on Jennifer it will do

Meat on

Then added chorizo so we can get some of the fat on the meat

Your plate with chorizo and Carne Asada tacos.

Them we made queso fresco tacos. They were great. My sister In laws idea

After I'm done cooking and it's still hot I de glaze with water. Scrub a way with the spatula. Then I wipe with towels. Next day i clean with soap.

Damn you Tony!!! I've been on the fence about purchasing a Comal since I became aware of them (from you and others on the board), but this cook forced me to go ahead and order one IMMEDIATELY!!! Now i'll be checking my order status/tracking # every hour on the hour until it arrives. Can't wait to get a cook under my belt using a Comal, and I will be using this very thread as a guide to that first cook!!!
