Japanese BBQ Sauce Chicken on the Rescue

I hate to disagree. I didn't have that much flavor to me. Was inexpensive easy to use but just didn't add the kind of flavor I was expecting
It is milder than Yoshida’s, and for me that’s a good thing. I do think that if I added some crushed garlic and some chopped red onion to the marinade, it would be even better. YMMV

I bet the Japanese BBQ sauce was tasty on your chicken. Great sauce.

I just picked up some Beef Chuck Short Ribs Bone In at Costco.
I season them up and marinade them for two or three days in ziplock bags. They only take a few minutes to cook and taste like candy when there done.

👍. I find that there's a big difference between quick cooks and low and slow cooks with Bachans. Imho, quicker cooks with it benefit minimally, whereas low-and-slow might be somewhat better? Just my opinion.
