It's Taco Tuesday

It's taco Tuesday but first some enchiladas from Monday. Nothing special but I like how the cheese melts when it's on the weber.



First some michelada before the cook



Used the taco cart to do carne asada,nopales,onions



Played and ready to eat



Was still hungry and did a queso fresco taco
