My apologies for lack of plated pics or family pics. Was very busy with entertaining the family.

Let's do this....

We did my dad's favorite. Yup you guessed it. Carne asada

Used the weber 26 for this cook.







The next day Maribel made me breakfast.



Eggs and chorizo with frijoles puercos and cactus salad.



Later she made me some shrimps in hot green sauce. Aguachiles. Goggle it for recipe. It's good stuff. Soon I will make a detailed post of this.



Later she made me a beer plate. Used the aguachiles,peanuts,churritos,cucumber,jicama,lime juice,chili powder and hot sauce.

Wow! Happy B' Day to your dad Tony what a spread and Maribel that's some great looking cooks. Tony's a lucky guy, but he already knows that:)
 
What a tremendous birthday cook Tony. It all looks so delicious. Thanks for that carne asada recipe. You're pictures are fantastic. You've mentioned before that you use your IPhone 6 for pictures. I have an IPhone 6 and the photo quality of my phone pic's doesn't even begin to compare with yours. Anyway, great job on your Dad's Birthday!
 
You just sat on your ***, and she brought you this plate after plate of food/beer/seafood? All while cranking everything out on weber grills?

Sounds like the nearest to a perfect day I've ever heard of.

PS Here's a business idea: Have Maribel start a girlfriend/wife BBQ training service. You'd have lots of customers! My wife has never BBQ'd for me. You're a lucky guy.
