Brewed a Hobgoblin clone this AM, played with the Pizza Oven this afternoon while watchin some good football on the boob tube and drinkin Oktoberfest. It's gonna be a good day Tater.

Oktoberfest with Kolsch Yeast (Aletoberfest, Mocktoberfest, Feauxtoberfest?)

The only thing that looks better than that pizza Dwain, is the beer. Love to really get into that. Only thing is, I'd have to sacrifice some of my grilling and smoking time and that's not going to happen. Great job on both.

You don't have to choose Cliff. I often smoke or grill concurrent with brewing. If you like to clean and wait you can be a brewer. ...and start up costs are less than BBQ equip for an entry level.

I brewed a nice relaxing 1.056 batch yesterday in about 4 hrs grain to fermenter. The magic of enzymes converting starch to sugar and yeast converting sugar to alcohol never ceases to amaze me.
