One chimney full of charcoal.



Legs and thighs seasoned with webers kickin chicken and ready for the rotisserie.



Can't remember how long it spun but it was about 1 hour 15 min or so



Your plate. The Tator-tots was a last minute decision to add.

Looks good my friend. Great minds think alike: I cooked some yard bird tonight myself. Of course, you like a bit more hops in your brew than I do - I went with a Belgium Ale Phat Tyre (homebrew clone).

I had thighs marinated in Italian dressing & a few Tequila-Bloody Marys-- No way did I think that'd work (teq/marys).

I'd have taken pictures but it was on the gasser & it's been a really long week!

Tony! You rule! I surf Swamis for 25yrs and pizza port is they original brewery in my mind. My dad first brought me there in the late 80's after a good session. He would order us a pie and himself a nice,cold,dark pint. I don't think there was a brewery anywhere around there until mid to late 90's. I even drank my first "legal" pint at the place. Outstanding cook and thanks for the memorys
