Italian Meatballs

Premade some meatballs for Sundays game. Used 2 lbs ground 80/20, 1.5 pounds ground pork, 1 lb ground chicken, couldn't find veal, 2 eggs, Italian Seasoning, garlic, Italian bread crumbs salt and pepper. Tomorrow they will swim in some marinara sauce and be used for meatball subs



 
I was wondering where you've been - nice posts

Try to remember to post pics of the sandwiches! I like to get a meatball sub from Subway every now & then, as bad as that sounds :)

John, those look great cann't wait to see the sandwich. If we were still in HB seeing the kids we'd have to make a side trip to San Diego for sure.
Enjoy the game John, Brats are on for us.
 
I did the same thing at my party.. Used 2.75 lbs of Ground Chicken and Hot Italian Turkey Sausage and put some in a buffalo sauce and others went into my bbq sauce.. Some even got some bacon wrapped around as well...
