Premade some meatballs for Sundays game. Used 2 lbs ground 80/20, 1.5 pounds ground pork, 1 lb ground chicken, couldn't find veal, 2 eggs, Italian Seasoning, garlic, Italian bread crumbs salt and pepper. Tomorrow they will swim in some marinara sauce and be used for meatball subs
John, those look great cann't wait to see the sandwich. If we were still in HB seeing the kids we'd have to make a side trip to San Diego for sure.

I did the same thing at my party.. Used 2.75 lbs of Ground Chicken and Hot Italian Turkey Sausage and put some in a buffalo sauce and others went into my bbq sauce.. Some even got some bacon wrapped around as well...
