Italian Burgers

pretty scrawny burgers... more like patties... Italian sausage...

with provolone and peppers in there...

so thin, they did not take very long at all, like two swigs of beer and they were done

tossed them on onion rolls with more provolone and cheddar cheeses... then back on the grill

halved then served with trees and oven roasted spud chips

they were pretty decent...

Jim, I too time my cooks by beer intake! 2 swigs means you need to extend the "prep" time! Sausage patties look pretty dang good to me!
