pretty scrawny burgers... more like patties... Italian sausage...

with provolone and peppers in there...

so thin, they did not take very long at all, like two swigs of beer and they were done:p

tossed them on onion rolls with more provolone and cheddar cheeses... then back on the grill

halved then served with trees and oven roasted spud chips

Sausage burgers look real good and tasty. Onion rolls too.
I like the last set of the cheese with the whole sandwich.

Jim, I too time my cooks by beer intake! 2 swigs means you need to extend the "prep" time! Sausage patties look pretty dang good to me!
 
im on nightshift at the minute....i sooo want one of them...like right now!! may i suggest raising the pig as part of your prep...then its beer bus to beersville!!
