A couple of weeks ago we had a lobster feast.
I picked up five 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 pound lobsters. I cooked them, using water, in my Brinkmann turkey fryer.
I made some corn on my S-330.
My wife Laura made a cucumber and cherry tomato salad and baby parsley potatoes.

I was a good night!

Nice job Bob - pound and quarter / halfers are the ones I like. That is a serious feast! Very jealous here on the west coast.
 
Nice Bob. Isn't it great the way the lobsters have come back these last 2 years? They're actually affodable again.
 
Bob nice feast. Was that lobster actually getting drunk because he knew you were going to throw him into boiling water or did he just like that brand of beer? Just wondering......
