Is this Alfresco 30" Grill worth it for a flip?

I have an opportunity to get this grill for $60. It is NG and they sell the conversion kit to propane for $100. It will also need briquet holder and briquets. All in about $500 for an almost $6000 grill. I can get it to look like new as it is all 304 stainless and made in USA. I think a reasonable target when done is about $900 as I almost never see used grills sell for higher no matter the original cost. All thoughts welcome. It is about 1:15 minutes each way to get.

I've heard of them, but never seen one in the wild. But, sure looks like a helluva steal for the $$$$. I'd jump on it
 
Looks very promising and high quality grill. For a flip, the big question is whether the Alfresco name has broad enough appeal to land you a buyer.

I get a few high end grills every year. I either wholesale them to one of the high end flippers near me or scrap them. They need more marketing than I willing to do

A couple things I learned. The cooking grid dimensions front to back are all the same across brands. Widths are different, but can be cut down easily. Probably they have some outdoor kitchen standards they adhere to.

Easy to convert fuels. Most support a conversion kit.

Brand recognition is a challenge.

Models don’t change much year to year. I suspect people could insert a used high end grill into their setup without guests knowing whether it’s new or 10 years old

What do you get for scrapping them? I think I am the only flipper of any kind by me;-) Things are taking a long time to sell recently

It’s about 1 or 2 hours to dismantle a 304 SS 250lb grill

About $100.00

$80.00 in Stainless
$20.00 in brass

Bonus if available:
Propane regulator hose assembly
Useable side burners
Useable cooking grids
