Injected Eye of the Round for Sammies

Today is an Eye of the Round roast injected with no salt beef broth and Trader Joes no salt 21 seasoning salute with Mrs. Dash onion and herbs as a rub.
Smoked on the mini with Hickory and Cherry for smoke.
Cooked at 225-250 and pulled at 125.
This will be thin sliced and used for sandwiches.
I’ve done this before and it’s really good.
Came out super moist and tender, perfect for a beef dip.
