Independence Day in Wisconsin

yesterday morning, the WSM was fired up

Mad hung around to watch

Three racks of Milwaukee Spares made it to the smoker (one under two)

Rolled out the Santa Maria Grill for the 1st time this year

Replaced the plastic handles on the WSM with new wood

We then headed out to the Raymond Town holiday parade

One of our nephews, Jake, joined us with his 3 children
(his wife, Monica, was in Minnesota with her dad who was recently involved in an accident)

Hours after the parade, I checked on the ribs

Got the chickens on the 26"OTG

...and corn on the Santa Maria

Once everything was done, we sat down to eet!

We all ate good and enjoyed a wonderful Independence Day in this Great Country!
