I believe it is only a charcoal Happy Cooker. I believe they did also make a gas kettle, but The Happy Cooker charcoal grill did have the ability to raise and lower the cooking grate.

Thanks Josh. That one would be early 70s, I think. I already have multiple '80s and a few '60s.
And I check Ebay regularly. My best finds have been from garage sales and local ads, surprisingly.

You do have that reputation for finding things! 😀
I will always be interested in any vintage SJs, like the one in your post - or especially offset handle SJs.
I prefer "barn finds" that I can restore rather than paying collector prices, but I don't rule out anything.
