I've been waiting to find a deal on a Weber Q2800N+ but now that I found an excellent deal I don't think I really need it.

Regularly $399 open-box-buy excellent condition at my local Best Buy for $199. They're closed today but I could purchase online and pick up tomorrow. I'll think about it some more.
 
After cooking a turkey on the grill and then taking it off to rest, are you supposed to "tent" it with tin foil, or just let it rest bare?
 
I did a beer can (actually Cherry Dr. Pepper) chicken on my Huntsman today so that the oven turkey (I call them “yellow”) would have something mahogany to accompany it. @Bruce mentioned tenting to me, so I did that in addition to brining with Kosmos brine and applying Kosmos Dirty Bird rub. Smoked on my Spider Huntsman using the Spider “Next Level” diffuser I just received:
