Living near a metro area can help with more deals coming up but if I could live farther away that would be nice. Living near where I work is a priority though.

Oh, I am not complaining or wishing I was closer to a big city. I would give up rehabbing in a heart beat if it meant needing to live in a big city. In fact, I would not even want to live in a small town. It is just one more layer of restrictions, regulations and control that I dislike.

I can't complain. My place in Washington I had built in 2009 has been a good place in a nice area. Far enough away from the big city while being close enough to work. It's been a great investment but I'll be happy to sell it and move away when I retire.

I had a cart that had cracked and shot white walls. I just took them off and left them all black without white walls. I also just bought new white walls for my Junior. Just depends on the situation for me.

Seller accepted my offer of $15 for two Weber warming racks. Had to pay $9.95 for shipping but still at 25 bucks I'm happy with that
