S & Fresh ground on a ribeye for 10-15 minutes while the grill got warmed up:

Lotsa peach chips & hickory pellets in the smokin pouch:

I set a timer: 3 min, flip, 3 min, flip, 3 min, flip, then pulled after 2 min. I restarted the timer as soon as it went off, so 11 min cook time is pretty close to accurate (front 2 burners on high, back burner off)

I really wanted to use the kettle for this but it needed some attention (lid was left askew & water/snow seeped in, so it needs to be rinsed out).

the salad was decent - had roasted red peppers, raspberries, & avocado, & Italian dressing on it.

Looks great Clint and that Salad would have me coming back for seconds and thirds.

A perfect meal, Clint. And it looks like you nailed the doneness on the steak.

Those steaks look great! I need to figure out something better on my wood chips. I bought that weber stainless steel smoker tray thing and the lid immediately warped and all my chips burst in the flames. Maybe I need a pouch!

Thread title made me think of an old girlfriend.
Cold rainy drizzly day here today, supposed to turn to snow later, I want something good from the grill tonight, I need to stop for something “grillable”! When the weather breaks, I’ll polish the kettle and maybe something equally delightful will pop out!

That's a great looking meal Clint, really like the looks of that salad. We used up the last of our ribeye's awhile back and are waiting for the whole rib roast sale to restock.
Here ribeye's are upwards of $10 a pound, when they have the whole bone in rib roast it's $4.99 a pound and they cut it for free. Worth the wait.

Hey Clint, just an update. I liked your inclusion of avocado and raspberries in the salad so much that I copied it last night. Whipped up a homemade raspberry vinaigrette to go with it. Outstanding. Thanks for the inspiration.
