Evening folks..another busy weekend stocking the fridge....we picked up king and coho salmon, halibut and dungeness... perfect weekend I must say!!
Here was the few little halibut we got Saturday!

Some lazy sea lions hanging out on a marker!

Got back from fishing and cleaned fish, boat and started some salmon from the day before...from the water right into a brine and on the smoker!

Oh ya forgot the crab.here is a conga line of dungies!! They all lined up for a picture (these were still alive and well at this point!

Any way...I made some beer battered halibut for me and the boy....all the girls left us last nite so it was just the boy and I!

All plated up...simple halibut, fresh crab, spicy katsup...rum and coke!! My kind of meal!

Oh ya....salmon smoked all nite...turned out much like the first batch..
