that today was National Taco Day ?
Well, I did ............. and I had some flanken cut beef ribs from Sams
I marinated them over night in Goya Mojo Criollo , then added some Chef Merito Carne Asada rub and Meat Church Dia De La Fajita
Then a quick grill on a very hot 26" Kettle ( along with chicken breast for my pug, she enjoys a small treat of chicken at lunch every day )
Cut the rib bones out and have some great taco meat
And add some pico de gallo, salsa, sour cream, and fresco cheese ........... and we have carne asada taco on National Taco Day
