Was at Costco and among other things grabbed some nice Halibut, here is how I did it.

Fish cut equal, then some Szedged Hot Paprka, zest of one lemon, dry Thyme and fresh ground

Sweet Taters done in the Nuke until soft and finished in the Genny. Cedar soaked for an hour then on over a low lit burner. Great smell of Cedar smoke.

On the table, drizzled with some fresh lemon juice.

Some great looking fish, Bill! One of these days, I'll try this "newfangled" plank cookin' thing! :)

Bill;
That is a FINE lookin' dinner, my friend! I flat LOVE fish on a plank! Costco has some of the best seafood available in this area, also.

Keep on smokin',

Great looking fish! I can smell the cedar from here! Can't wait my buddies go out fishing in the summer so i can get some fish!

That looks great! Try grilling the lemon (dipped in small Amt sugar) and use that to drizzle on at end

Great cooking there! Your Monger will be crushed if he learns you've been diddling at Costco.
I've got to learn to cook seafood.
