How about some Rotisserie Pineapple for dessert?

Peeled a pineapple, put it on a spit & rubbed with brown sugar & cinnamon. 450* in the 14.5 WSM.

Made a glaze out of this:

Applied it every 15 minutes and about an hour later had this:

It was good!!! ... a Steven Raichlen recipe.

Oh man does that look good. I saw the Primal Grill episode where Raichlen made that, and yours looks just as good as the one on TV!
