Also known as a "manhattan" in certain parts of the country. I started with a boneless pork sirloin roast.
I decided to use the doctor method with a couple of jars of pork gravy and a bunch of sliced mushrooms. The pan went under the rotisserie to collect any drippings and pick up a little flavor from the fire, which had a little bit of hickory added for just a touch of smoke.
From the bottom up it's toast, mashed potatoes, pork, and gravy. This is one of my favorite ways to use leftover meat but this was the first time it was the primary goal of the cook. You can never have too many mushrooms!
