Homemade spit roast...leg of lamb this time!

Howdy folks, this was done a few months back, i just had to do summit on a spit and not owning one threw this up in work. it had to be turned by hand, but what better way to get to know how your meat cooks.

About 45mins and it was cooked but let it run for about 1 1/2 hrs...was enjoying to much.

Birthday next week and Mrs bbq has told me she is getting me a Weber roti ring...must of felt sorry for me with all that hand crankin.

I think that manual rotisserie is pretty neat!! A motor driven one is better though, Congrats on getting one and lets see it action when you get it!!
