very easy to make. I have a Ice Cream maker with a compressor so it freezes while it is churning. It is about the consistency of soft serve. I have the plastic container to put in freezer to firm up. All I do is add 1 cup of whole milk with 3/4 cup sugar. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until sugar is dissolved or ice cream will have a sandy texture. Add 2 cups heavy cream and 2 tablespoons vanilla. Put in machine and around 45 minutes it is done. I've made Butter Pecan (my favorite), chocolate, chocolate Almond. Lots better than store bought.Nice burgers. If you have time, it would be nice if you did a write up on make home made ice cream. I made some with an old timer yrs ago and it was amazing. just totally forgot how.
