I like it, waiting to see what you think of the mixture. Our go to grind is cross rib roast and pork shoulder.
 
Yes, it does sound like meat loaf but I'm sure its going to be interesting as burgers. Be sure to let us know how you liked it.
 
We purchased a bunch of Eye of Round and a pork loin that were on sale yesterday. We ground them, weighed them out and put them in vacuum bags this morning. :)
