Hofy's Towering Inferno Burger

I dont know if it is the food that gives me these dreams or the dreams that make me so hungry to make this stuff.
The other night I had a dream about a super burger. Of course being a chili head it needed heat.
I started with 3 patties at 1/3 pound each. Instead of using Mrs.Dash Steak Seasoning I hit them with some Volcano Dust 3

Onto the grill with the burgers, I topped mine with 2 slices of pepper jack and one with cheddar. 4 ounces of cheese total.

Let's build this monster. One patty with pepper jack cheese, a couple of slices of Hickory Pepper Bacon, some fresh sliced jalapenos, and a couple of spoon fulls of Inferno Sauce.
(I make the inferno Sauce with Bhut Jolokia and Moruga Scorpion puree, pepper extract, garlic, onions and other spices. I am estimating the heat to be around 1 million SHU.)

Another patty with cheddar cheese, a couple of slices of Hickory Pepper Bacon, some fresh sliced jalapenos, and a couple of spoon fulls of Inferno Sauce.

The third patty with, well same as the first patty.

All plated up ready for me to consume.

All gone in 15 minutes. While I doubt I will build a tower burger this big again, I will be making more smaller versions (1 patty).

I want to eat that! It looks sounds awesome. I'm gonna be dreaming about your burger now, thanks.

My wife and son would be all over a burger like that. I like mild stuff but anything hotter makes me break out in a sweat...LOL That burger looks awesome though.

Great looking burger but I'll just take your word on how well it tasted. No way I am going near that thing!!!

Well it is morning now. I survived the night. :D My gut was making all sorts of noise through the night. Not from the hot sauce, but the amount of burger I ate. That was probably more beef than I have eaten so far this month, total.
The boys are asking me for Buffalo Legs today. The heat continues.
