We went to our local favorite meat market this morning. Came home with these. They are only open on Friday mornings.

Time to get some smoke on these hangers. Used Little Devil Wicked pellets

That's as good as it gets, congrats Russ. Is that load of charcoal good for one cook, or are there a few cooks it that quantity? I've been using the same 20 pieces of JD for the last six cooks, and there's still several more cooks left in them. At this rate, it will take me all summer to wipe out the 35LBS

Yea ChuckO,
I'll get a couple of cooks off that charcoal. When I'm done i just put the grill smoker out re-light it the next time, throw a couple of chunks on and away we go.
Yes, this stuff does burn a long time. And a 35 lb bag will last a long time. Especially with a smaller grill smoker. I keep 6 bags stocked up at all times. Love this stuff.
