I've been around good bbq'ers for quite a while, and after absorbing techniques and eating lots of good Q, I decided this spring to build myself a trash can smoker. My little can works pretty well, holds a nice temp at 220-250, and I had an absolute blast and have had several good smokes with it. Last week my dad got me a WSM 18 for my upcoming birthday, and I am dying to fire this thing up and cook a couple butts! I'll post some pics later this weekend
