Marinated some BSB chunks in Soy Vey Island Teriyaki for a couple hours. Combined with some 'maters, peppers, onion and pineapple chunks. I took a some of the leftover marinade from the bottle and combine with the pineapple juice and some honey for a glaze. Put the protein on first, then the veg a few minutes later. Cooked around 400-ish until done and served up w/ some jasmine rice.

Cooked in between thunderstorms. We had a total of three tonight. This pic is a rainbow left behind by #1 as it was being consumed by the second one.

And the rest is food...

Weekend is just about here!

Great looking finished plate! I'm thinking something like this may be on the menu for this weekend!

It was Thundering & Lighting and 90 degrees at my place last night, All I needed was one of your Kebobs and a Lava Flow (drink) and I'd have been set. Killer Kebobs Jim! Nicely Done!

Jim....Is that the top of your grilling structure shown in the rainbow shot? If so, did you build it yourself from scratch, a kit? I'm seriously interested in building one. Haven't seen anything at Costco or the other big box places, that are assembled, at least that I like. Costco came close but I want a vented top.

That's our gazebo - part of the deck. We have built in benches around the perimeter, but if it gets nasty out, I'll move a cooker in there.
