Halibut on the Genesis

So the CEO said she wanted some nice fish for dinner, I didn't tell her but had already bought some beautiful Halibut Fillet yesterday at Costco.
So I quartered the fillet, dressed in some real nice EVOO, Old Bay, And a phenomenal spice you Guy's should try if you have not, Meyers Lemon Spice. Also put some fresh Ground on it. Let her sit in those spices for about an hour.

Trimmed and cleaned some fresh green beans, rolled in the same EVOO, Kosher and granulated garlic and on the Genesis first for about ten minutes. That is the last bottle of Weyerbacher Merry Monk. Very sad.

Bill that halibut looks perfect!! I will be trying this ...I have not had much luck with direct grillin halibut but I have a freezer full to practice on!!

Wow! You sir rocked that meal. Wish I could catch flounder with thick filets like that.
 
Thanks Guy's, I really did enjoy this one. And I hear you about these fish, I love my Fluke but it's nothing compared to this
