After seeing Justin's post today I was craving some steaks and mashed potatoes.
This was the thread that started it.

Was planning to eat left overs but ran to the store and got ny steaks. Here's how it went down.

Seasoned with webers Chicago steak seasoning.

Plated with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
-mashed potatoes were extra creamy. Maribel likes them that way.

I think you nailed it Tony! Great job! How is the Weber Chicago steak seasoning? I have some made by a private spice guy and it is great. Unfortunately, this guy went out of business. Once I use up the stuff ingot from him I will be looking for another brand.

I think I'm going to print that second photo and laminate it. Then when I go to a restaurant, I can just show it to the waiter and say, "Gimme one of these." Seriously, outstanding steaks, great photos!

(One day later) I took advantage of a sale at a local grocery store, and a $10-off-$40 coupon, and got some boneless ribeyes. I'm grilling this weekend!

I think Montreal has more spices and the flavor is different. Not sure what's in the Montreal seasoning but I prefer it.
