Had a visitor yestrday...


 
That is awesome. We live on a small farm but over the past 2 years we haven't seen foxes. Prior to, I've stumbled upon dens while riding the ATV and we saw them rather routinely playing in the field. During my first summer here in the country 14 years ago I thought a woman was screaming bloody murder at midnight.

I used to have a malamute that playEd with a fox. They’d chase each other and have a good time.

He’d run down coyotes and beat them up , but he liked that fox .

The first time I heard one in the field behind our house I thought the same thing. I even watched the news to be sure I wasn't living next to a crime scene.
 
In addition to moose, elk, deer and fox who are neighbors of mine, I regular see other small game.
A normally skittish rabbit yesterday posed long enough while I was on the deck to allow me to snap an image...

I had a friend way back when that had a pet rabbit.
When she got home, if she didn't acknowledge the bunny as soon as she got home, the bunny would chew through her phone cord!
It got so bad that she'd buy 3 or 4 at a time in case the bunny had a fit! :ROFLMAO:
