Of course I had to try it.... No plated pics, for now, it was all the loose ends and shaved pieces... more to come...

Everything is better with bacon, so it stands to reason that everything is exponentially better with "Piles of Bacon.."

Seriously, what's not to like about that phrase and the accompanying photo?
 
I did not get good pics, but I will in the AM.... I just used cracked black pepper and Apple Wood... Smells WONDERFUL....
 
I messed up. I forgot the diffuser. I avg 160-180 at the end. I hit 190 for about 20 minutes. I figured had plenty of coal for cheese, so I took some out and smoked that.
 
I've alays wanted to smoke some of my own bacon but not sure where to buy the raw bacon. I am based in So. Ca. Where should I go to buy the raw bacon?
