Grilled spaghetti!

Howdy folks haven't used a grill in 5 days so thought it was time! Wife has been out of town and my family brought me a huge cooked ham on Sunday so we have been feasting on that for a few! Kids wanted spaghetti tonight and I figured I can cook that on the grill!

Here goes! Sweet mild sausage on the coals! Little hickory smoke to go with it!

Sweet onion and peppers on!

Starting to get some color!

Veggies off and cut up and a little 80/20 burger in a Dutch oven (I normally will not cook tomato type stuff in my cast iron cause the acid eats up the seasoning but for my weber buddies not just any vessel would do!)

Peppers and onions in the mix with some italian seasoning!

Dumped in some vodka sauce and cut up the sausage for meat balls and in to simmer!

All about ready to eat!

And all served up with some angel hair pasta and a bit of Vino!!

Ok that's it for tonight! Have a great evening!

Good nite...take care!

Why can't I ever think up cool things to do on the grill like this? It looks great! This board is really opening my eyes to the possibilities.

I tried spaghetti on the grill once, the noodles kept falling through the grate :)

A great and imaginative cook Morgan, I like your style!

Great cook Morgan. Love that nice big cast iron pot.

I see your winemaker has one-upped the "Old Vine Zinfandel" vinters by making an "Ancient Vine" Zin.

Outstanding!

this cook, Morgan, along with many of your cooks, amaze me!
and why not let your imagination run wild when grillin'...?!?!
Great Post!!

Thanks for all the great replys on this! Was. Super fun cook and the wine was pretty fantastic as well!
