for starters... It's 5 o'clock somewhere, right? 
after that groovy GIN martini, two decent sized rib chops were seasoned...
with pig rub & pig salt
got the DoubleD Burgundy fired up for this cook...
cherry wood for smoke flavour, grilled these indirect then direct until 140ºF
finally served up....
with real Hasselbacks potatoes (maybe not REAL real, but peeled and buttered-up) + steamed asparagus
quite a delicious dinner, i'd eet this every day!
