Everything turned out very tasty, but the finishing sauce was over the top spicy (for our tastes), so I'll cut the number of chipotles and the amount of adobo sauce in half next time. Served this with some roasted broccoli, steamed white rice, and a $12 zinfandel. Some pics.....
Just finished up on the grill after 36 minutes indirect (turning every 10):
