Grilled Crab Legs and Cowboy Ribeye


 
Very impressive cook, even the rolls are the cat's meow. I still trying to figure out what SWMBO equals, LOL
 
I've grilled crab legs on the Performer a couple times, both tasted great but it seemed like the meat was sticking to the inside of the shell. Is there a trick for this, or were mine over/undercooked?

We had the same issue so we split the shells all the way with scissors. Worked pretty good.
