cleaning out the freezer(s) came upon some chicken breasts.
and i don't know why.
but i took them out to make more room for i don't know what.

marinated them over night in this:

after removing from this marinade, i seasoned them with this stuff:

...and they looked like this before grilling:

grilled them on Grill Grates (yes, i love them)

shoulda taken'em off at 160ºF, but i didn't and i don't know why.
but they were served up with skillet baked taters and what Liz called a classic side, peas/onions and 'shrooms
i called it good.

sliced up the birdbreast to make it look prettier than just a hunk of chicken meat.

Thanks for swingin' by! Your kind comments are not necessary yet seriously appreciated

Looks good Jim, really like the sides although I'm not a fan of peas but corn would work for me.
Barb came home work last night with seven super large BSCB all well over a pound apiece. Seems they got to many in and finally had to mark them down to move them. Our three freezers are totally maxed out now. Some nice weather coming so my stay at home butt is going to be doing a lot of grilling and chillin.
Also tomorrow I'm doing some St. Louis ribs using pink butcher paper for the first time.

Somehow missed this one Jim. Chicken looks and sure sounds tasty and those sides are amazing. I love sides and could, and have, consumed meals of just side dishes. Kudo's to Liz on an amazing job with them. BTW, I love peas!
