Griddle BLT

My little garden is about kaput from all the rain we've had in the past month and a half.
Picked these yesterday, and they may be the last, since the vines are all dying from wet feet.

I decided to use the largest one on a BLT for lunch today.

Bread toasted in bacon fat, just like camping.

Ranch beans and potato salad for sides.

Wish we could send some of this rain to you western folks.
